We can usually help sell apartments within one to three months. The sale of a house, commercial property, or other more complex objects, however, can take up to 6 months.
We assess the current situation in the real estate market. We develop a sales strategy tailored specifically to selling your property. We „package” the property for sale (photos, video, descriptions, etc.). We publish the listing on real estate marketplaces and on social media in line with the sales strategy. We reach out to potential buyers for your property who are already in our database. For the sales process we engage our partners and around 1,000 agents from other agencies, which usually speeds up a successful sale considerably.
There are two possible fee options: 1) A fixed amount — we agree on the sum the seller receives, and if the property sells for more, the difference is our profit. 2) A percentage — 4 to 7% of the transaction value.
